There was one of those system maps in the Newcastle, Wyo. depot.  People had pointed to Newcastle so often that the printing was worn off there.  When I was working at Topco in Skokie, the Shipping Manager asked me if I wanted a railroad map that he had.  Of course, I said Yes!, so he gave me a 1962 Southern Railway System map.  It is one of those old-fashioned roll up wall hanging maps that have the steel tube at the bottom to keep it straight.  While the Southern tracks are a lot straighter than I remember from a trip on the Southern Crescent, it does show everybody else's accurately, including the Q where I worked in S.D. and Wyo.
