Not much info on Bailey Falls (or the CB&Q crossing it). There are a few postcards for sale (one of which calls it Bailey's Falls). There is a Bailey Creek, but the mention of the "falls" has it on the Vermillion River proper. A mystery. One website states "The falls' original location has been altered. A channel was blasted along the southern end of the bluff line over which the falls flowed. The land is owned by a concrete company and our understanding is visitors are not allowed." https://www.worldwaterfalldatabase.com/waterfall/Bailey-Falls-16826 Another website has this location "Bailey Falls LaSalle County, Illinois Waterfall GPS: 41.26974 -89.04569"
