Nelson,

I concur with Bill's response, they were closed as TO stations only. I relieved 
the A/O at Mt. Union and Yarmouth during the Spring of 64. The TO signals had 
been removed by that time. It was a dual position with the A/O having a motor 
car to go between the two stations. There was also an Agent in Washington.
