A full tour was provided of the facility @ the BRHS Dubuque Annual Meet including on the ground photo ops of the current locos & other rolling stock, internal Army-built depot used for troop trains, cattle loading pens (farmers leased land for grazing), etc.  As mentioned, munitions were made here as well as Honest John rockets so 'in the day' tank cars as well as flats and box cars could be seen but all work within the thousands of acres & 100+ miles of tracks was done with USA locos.  Typical Army grey 40' boxcars were common.

NOTE: RITS has their archives/library in a former Army Bldg on site.
