I know this has little to do with the CB&Q. My bad! But it is so similar to
the "lumber district", that I had to share this. If you are into urban

Bob Smaus modeled the SP "Rat Hole" district near Downtown LA and has a
website up for "The Patch" (same area) served by the Santa Fe.
