It's the residence it has a upstairs and central chimney with two rooms 
downstairs and traces of green / turqoise paint on the window and door frames 
and trim

After sleuthing around last year and discovering the Carr CO Denver and 
Pacific section house, which the owners didnt even know about! I have now 
discovered and photographed the Arcola WY section house on the Sterling branch 
from Cheyenne. It has been moved 1/4 mile but is still in existence, will post 
pictures on my site soon.
