Is it the "car house" or tool house or is it the section foreman's residence? 
The latter is what is properly called a "section house".

After sleuthing around last year and discovering the Carr CO Denver and 
Pacific section house, which the owners didnt even know about! I have now 
discovered and photographed the Arcola WY section house on the Sterling branch 
from Cheyenne. It has been moved 1/4 mile but is still in existence, will post 
pictures on my site soon.
