[CBQ] AMTRAKS GETS ANOTHER ONE

Yesterday morning No. 6 struck a car which had gone around the gates on West A 
St. here in Lincoln...The driver was killed instantly...He was on his way to 
work at a factory less than two blocks west of the crossing where he was hit.

About two years ago in January 6 struck a pickup just a few blocks west of this 
crossing under nearly identical circumstances.

>From the newspaper accounts 6 was held here until about 9:30am..should make it 
>about 4 hrs late.

Paper didn't give the engineer's name...Bob Campbell can probably let us know.
