Things have been rather quiet on the list lately so I thought I'd ask for some
advice. I'm looking for something to use as the basis for a kit-bash of a
branchline combine. The one I'd like to model is a rebuild of an early
twentieth century AC&F coach. I've noticed from pictures that AC&F cars like
this have a very distinctive rail above the windows. It's quite deep and has
what looks like a raised ridge running the length of it (maybe a drip rail?).
Pullman cars don't seem to have this so I'm asking if anyone's seen it on any
existing model.
Thanks.
Duncan Cameron
