I shaved the roof lip in those trouble areas. I figured it would be 
better to do it to the roof instead of messing around with anything 
inside the car. I'm still suprised it worked. Just be careful not to 
trim too much off, as it may make the roof bow up a little. If you 
plan on glueing the roof on, then that will help once the trimming 
is done.
