Canton and Bloomfield RR Co.
Incorporated 1851.
No construction done
June 1860 sold to:

Mississippi and Missouri River Airline RR Co.
Incorporated Feb 1957.
Line built from Canton, MO. westerly 15 mi.
In 1861 line seized by US military authorities and rail removed and 
never rebuilt.
In 1868-70 line graded from Canton to W. Quincy
In 1870 Co. consolidated with: Alexandria, Canton, LaGrange and West 
Quincy RR Co.

Alexandria, Canton, LaGrange and West Quincy RR Co.
Incorporated Feb 1865.
No construction done.
In 1870 merged into Mississippi and Missouri River Airline RR Co.
to form:

Mississippi and Missouri River Airline RR Co.(consolidated)
formed 1870 by consolidation.
Grading continued, no rail laid.
