I think Warren is correct. I recall seeing a photo -- maybe in TRAINS,
maybe a newspaper -- of 4960 pulling a Zephyr (California, I believe)
through high waters on some floodplain, though I can't remember which... It
was either 1965 or '66. I'll defer to Warren's memory of flood history. jh
