Bill Some box cars built in the 60's had silver doors, such as 49000-399 (XM-4B) and 49400-49799 (XML-11, some later reclassified as XM-4C). Do you have any road number of details of the models? Rupe

Are you sure 'silver' as opposed to white (which was common among most RR's to indicate larger than normal doors, etc) Gerald Bill Some box cars built in the 60's had silver doors, such as 49000-399
