- Well back in CB&Q it was the Milwaukee Road, not Soo Line until 1985 (CB&Q now BN). Both yards are still in heavy used today. The interchange is Grand Crossing. Also the CNW and GB&W used to cross th

- SOO did not interchange to the "Q" except at Chicago (via the Belt Railway of Chicago, and perhaps the Indiana Harbor Belt) and at the Twin Cities. Green Bay & Western interchanged at East Winona. Ro
