We have a few.
Mark Twain Hobby Center in O'Fallon, MO (Zumbehl exit). Nice selection of HO
Red Board Hobbies in Belleville, IL. I have not been there but saw their display at the RPM a month ago, heard good things.
Schaffers Hobby on Gravois and Lindbergh. Full range hobby and craft store, not a huge train section but great for scenery and scratch building items.
Train Town on Manchester in St Louis. Mostly O gauge used but they do get used HO and sometimes some very good finds (like new Kadee cars for $20)
Unfortunately, K-10 Hobbies near Collinsville, IL is temporarily closed due to COVID.
