One of my periodic requests looking  for a blank Form 1645 Burlington Lines switch list. The BRHS Members Only Flickr site has a image of one that is filled out. I would like to have blank one I can mass duplicate for model railroad operations. A scan of one would be great. A friend has just starting to operate his new O Scale switching layout and part of of it CB&Q circa 1950. So I'd like to also be able to share it with him also.
