Q Maps

Does anyone on the list know where I can obtain a map of the Q, C&S and 
FW&D which shows all the lines and branches that ever existed and 
possibly when each line or branch was abandon. I would like it on one 
complete sheet as opposed to sections or by states. I have found some 
maps on the internet, but they are generally older maps created before 
the turn of the century.
