May also be an export style box car which stayed in the Ammo Plant. similar cars were in Galesburg from the Joliet Arsenal and along the interstate 30 from Lone Star in Texas sjh -- Original Message

I agree, it is not a reefer. But the rounded roof says to me Northern Pacific. It is an outside braced boxcar, or single sheathed boxcar, probably post WWI, early 20's vintage. Any NP experts on the
