Nelson: I just checked the Jan. 1, 1952, statement of ownership, age and condition of passenger equipment and it does not list either car as modernized or SSS, so they were done after that date. But

Thanks, Hol. Since I model 1953, I&#8217;ll paint them Pullman green unless I decide to move my date up to 1956. That would give me several advantages not the least of which are the new Denver Zephyr
