- Hank, This RR was owned by the cement plant which was built about 1901. It did all of the interplant switching both in the quarries and the small yard. It was in business until the mid 60s I believe.

- Hank, you can also find a modern (2003) picture of the cement plant, it still sits just south of Hannibal off of Hwy 79. Massive structure...the picture just doesn't really show how large it is... ht
