My "guess" is that they are electric power pole transformers. They are very heavy, notice the trucks. The tops seem to have something like 3 black wires coming out of them. That would be consistent w

I count 6 flat cars. And I count 6 "things", all even with the side of the car. But I also see what appears to be 6 similar "things", over on the other side of the car. From this, I get two "things"
