- Does anyone know if any of the Burlington observation cars had double drum heads on the rear of the car? Someone told me that the Denver Zephyr and the Kansas City Zephyr had their name on one drum h

- Keith, There is a picture in "Burlington in Transition" P51 of the Denver Zephyr Obs that shows "Burlington Route" on the left and "Denver Zephyr" on the right. This is square end car with a door. Ke

- All four of the square ended obs. cars (Chateau, Veranda, Tower, & Tarrace) had double drumheads, also some of the old heavyweights with open platforms. Keith, There is a picture in "Burlington in
