Thanks for helping me out with the RPO car configuration. Would it be prototypically accurate if a Denver Zephyr train had one car lettered "California Zephyr"? Did they swap stuff around sometimes?

The California Zephyr cars were pretty much confined to the CZ because they had special auido wiring that was used for train announcements (the reason extra non-CZ cars were confined to just ahead of

Don't forget the California Zephyr cars doing double duty between Chicago and Lincoln on the overnight "Aksarben Zephyr". Specifically the 16 Section Pullmans, 10-6 Pullmans and the Vista Dome Buffet
