Due to COVID-19 Delta variant mitigation, the state of Illinois has ordered
that you wear your facemask indoors at public events even if you have been
fully vaccinated. Also, Amtrak mandates that facemasks be worn in its offices.
CB&Q Operations at Congress Park, IL 1940s-1970

CB&Q and IHB interchanged over 300 cars per day each at Congress Park to the
foreign road. We'll learn about the unique skills the Q's road crews used to
effect the interchange.
