Here is the train coming toward the camera showing it to clearly be a c= oal train with a mix of various hoppers:=C2=A0https://www.ebay.com/itm/B72-BN-GN-Great-Northern-571= 0-GE-U33C-Savanna-IL-07-12-1970-Original-Slide/254761392862?hash=3Ditem3b50= f65ade:g:3k4AAOSwGb9fmJu5

Here it is going away showing the firs= t car is GN 70838, a hopper loaded with coal:=C2=A0https://www.ebay.com/itm/C78-BN-GN-Great-Northern-= Coal-Train-Savanna-IL-07-12-1970-Original-Slide/254762348856?hash=3Ditem3b5= 104f138:g:fGwAAOSwI~dfmZfh

The only place I could think of where= a solid eastbound coal train like this would be coming from is the Powder = River Basin. Or is it coming from perhaps somewhere else?

The bigge= r question I have, however, is whether these trains were started af= ter the merger, or did some of these coal drags run pre-merger on the Q in = 1969 or early 1970?
