I'll just add that production number information for Oriental Limited projects isn't always known. Or even how many production runs may have been done (I think there possibly were two separate runs of Worthington Feedwater Heater Burlington Route O1a 2-8-2 for instance). I would be very surprised if more than 200 of the Midwest 65 tonner centercabs were made.
