[CBQ] Rapido FTs are out

Arriving on my front doorstep today was my CB&Q HO Scale Rapido FT A&B 
set. They look fantastic in the well padded box. I want to thank Bryan 
Howell for his work with Rapido to have FT set be numbered 110C&D. Bryan 
is acknowledged in the FT manual for his assistance with the FT project.
CB&Q 110C&D remained in service until being traded to EMD for GP35s in 
April 1964. There are several color images of them in service at Cicero 
in January 1964.
The only FTs to remain in service longer were FTA 113A and FTB 154B 
(originally 101C/201C) traded to EMD for GP35s in May 1964 and FTB 153B 
(originally 102B) and FTA 153C (originally 102C) traded June 1964 to EMD 
for GP35s,  Most all of the other FTs the Q owned were traded to EMD for 
GP20s and GP30s in 1961 and 1962.
