Thanks for this. I found a 1970 Trains article about the Burlington Limited 
from which I was able to identify the new cars built for the train, but no 
details.

(As indicated in several different Pullman Lot Lists).

I'll have to look, but these might be the cars that are shown en train in 
Classic or Some More Classic Trains.   In Ho there are actually some options = 
Westwood made wood kits that are readily modified as you build (this for 
relatively minor changes in terms of windows, "blanks", and such) and the old 
Roundhouse "Palace Car" bodies.  There are also the brass sets of cars which 
may be useful for one or two cars.  Again, didn't really check.
