[CBQ] 1947 AAR open top loading rules for flat car

Im hoping i can reach the individual who answered my request for pages out of 
the 1947 AAR open top loading rules for flat cars sometime around 2018 or 2019. 
We have the pages you so kindly sent and they are being worked into an article 
that will be in the BRHS Bulletin 78 next year. We want to credit the person 
for providing the pages but i lost the sticky note with your name on it or just 
failed to record it.
