Maybe not directly related, back when I was running engine on the Riverside & Great Northern Ry. at Wis. Dells in the '60s, '70s, I knew some folks who were friends of Norman Sandley. They worked in Union Station dealing with rates. Their names were Will and Marion Smith, I don't remember if they worked for a railroad or a rate bureau. Just a thought.
