Sorry to disappoint you but I think that the Assignment Lists show where the locomotives were assigned, not details of the employees who crewed the locomotives.

Looking back at old messages I see this one below from you and I am going to try and get that BRHS company to see if they still have any left unless you still have a copy of the Assignment for 1932?

I am very interested.  My Grandfather worked for the CBQ for his whole life started approximately before 

1910. I have a photo of him standing infront of a locomotive on the Downers Grove Turn Table

on Warren Avenue. 

He lived in a house on the same side of the street as that turntable.  I think right next to  it.

He passed away in 1942 so I think he should be listed as assigned to a Locomotive in 1932.

That is him on the far right near the front of the Locomotive.

Check the BRHS Company Store website under "Other Printed Material".  We do have a locomotive assignment for 1932 for $2.00.  That's as far back as we go on the Company Store.

I'm looking for information on steam assignments in the 1920-1925 timeframe, especially for the Casper Division.

 

The BRHS rosters list has a spreadsheet with assignments for 1935 and 1952, but I can't find anything earlier than that.

 

Anybody have any suggestions where I can find the earlier assignments?
