Subject: [CBQ] More XA-16 39000

As a follow up to my question this morning, I located these pictures in Railway Prototype Cyclopedia 13 (Rod Masterson collection, but undoubtedly FW Lehmann company photos.)  When blown up, the area where the roof meets the body looks to be a different color than the top of the body, as does the part of the seam cap that attaches to the roof edge.

Having looked at pictures of it 50' brother, the XA-15, I'm not seeing the same difference in what appears to be color.  Of course, it just may be the way the light is hitting a curving surface.

I'm hoping someone might be able to weigh in on this particular class.

Thanks,

Rich G
