[CBQ] Turnout bill of timber 1890 era?

Hi all, I'm getting back to my historical research and modeling.  My specific interest is the former Ashland-Schuyler branch line in Nebraska.  It was originally built in 1887, and much of the track was never upgraded.

Does anyone have a bill of timbers for a #7 turnout (or Q turnouts in general) from that era?  I have found online bills of timber from other railroads around the turn of last century.  Some have crossties in 1-foot increments, and some have crossties in the 6-inch increments that were eventually standardized by the AREA/AREMA.

Thanks for any help and/or guidance.

By the way, I have a 1920's era Q turnout geometry plan, and their #7 turnout used 8.20 degrees exactly, rather than the 8.171234 degrees that is the exact angle.  It took me a while to realize this fact, rather than that the 8.20 was just a rounded-off number...
