[CBQ] SW1 early lettering

I recently picked up an old Walthers HO scale SW1 in its late CB&Q scheme, and I would like to repaint and letter it for ca. late 1930s. The photos I've found from that period show every SW1 in all black with "Burlington" in Roman letters along the hood. My questions are:

 

(1) Were these motors ever lettered with EW/WOTZ, as the VO 1000s were when delivered some years later (also in all black)? My hunch is probably not - that they went straight from their as-delivered scheme to full blackbird with no intermediate re-lettering.

 

(2) Assuming I have to go with the Roman-letter "Burlington", do you know whether those letters were in white or gold?

 

(3) I doubt there are any commercially available decals for the as-delivered version, but it doesn't hurt to ask. If there aren't, is even the correct font available?
