Greetings!

Tomorrow, August 1st is the start of online registration for the 2024 Annual Meet of the Burlington Route Historical Society!

The dates for the Meet are September 19 through the 21st in Mendota, IL.  The host hotel is the Quality Inn and Suites.  Most of the activities will be held at the Mendota Civic center.  The Mendota Railroad Museum will be open both Thursday and Friday.  A bus tour of CB&Q depots in the area will be held on Friday.  The annual business meeting and Swap Meet will be Saturday morning with informative clinics in the afternoon.

Take a look at the BRHS website (www.burlingtonroute.org) for more information and online registration.  Mail-in registration forms have been sent to all paid members - several are already being returned.  In order to be guaranteed the bus tour, Friday and Saturday lunch and the annual Banquet on Saturday evening, your registration must be in our hands NO LATER than Friday, September 6!

We hope to have a great turnout in September.  We're looking forward to renewing old friendships and making new friends.
