[CBQ] Looking for a FWD or CS station booklet

    Hello friends:
    Does any have or know were I can get an official copy of the
    FW&D or C&S station book?  I would like to add this station
    information to the 'Q Rail Network' featured on the BRHS web site. 
    Shown below is an example of the CB&Q book which is on
    the web site now.  The station book I need contains the station
    numbers (FSAC numbers) for each station for the railroad.  Please
    realize that I am not looking for the OPSL books which are not
    published by the railroad. OPSL books are not complete and do not
    use the station numbering system of the target road. I have access
    to plenty of copies of the OPSL books. 
    I saw one for sale on Ebay about one year ago and lost out on
    bidding for it.
