The quarry spur ran down the middle of Ewing Street, not Mill Street.  The track separated the southbound street lane and the northbound street lane of Ewing Street from Spring Street to Jefferson Street.  The spur was removed in 1960.  The switch for the quarry spur was located at Mill Street underpass on the Burlington Park lead, part of which, still exists today.  Quarry Spur track turned east, starting at Jefferson Street and then ran east in the middle of Jackson Street a short distance.  I'm aware of one photo of the track being dismantled in the middle of Jackson Street, just east of the Centennial Swimming Pool.  It appeared in one of the locally published booklets on historic Naperville from the files of the Naperville Sun newspaper.  If I can find my copy, I'll post a scan of it.
