If you are a member of BRHS, then log into the members pages and then click the link.

Alternatively, within the members pages go to the Flickr collection and the image is in the album for freight cars 10000-19999, the 17xxx cars are on page 2.

You do need to manually scroll through all of page 1 to get to the forward to page 2 button at bottom of page 1
