[Special] [CBQ] BRHS Annual Meet Reservation Issues

Hello Group,

If you have had an issue getting the proper room rate ($109.00) from the Doubletree hotel in Omaha, please email me at operations@burlingtonroute.org

I will need the following information:

1. Confirmation Number
2. Your name.
3. Arrival and departure dates
4. Number of guests for the room
5. Room type

A couple of other items that I am following are, Did you call the Hotel directly or did you use the link that was provided?

The room block is set up for September 7th through September 10th. Did you reserve your room for earlier or later than those dates?

Please get this information to me as soon as you can so that I may address the issue.
