Thanks Bryan.
You’re right about only as good as descriptions/tags.I entered Earlville and then Aurora searches with the small grey magnifying glass in the BRHS site. Both came back as blank. But if I went to the magnifying glass in the black tool bar then I got everything out there on subject in the entire Flicker universe. Of course 90% of which was not of interest.

Leo, there is a search function. If you click on Photostream at the top left, a magnifying glass icon appears in the top right. This will search only the CB&Q collection. However, it is only as good as the descriptions and tags that are with the photos. If you, or anyone, comes across a photo that you can add information to, please leave it as a comment so it can be added to the photo metadata and improve the search function.
Thanks!

I use the BRHS photo Flicker site extensively when researching articles and for presentations as it is a very valuable source of info on the Q. There’s also far more than photos, for example this morning I was able to research annual reports while trying find something.
Recently I used the site a considerable amount while preparing for the Earlville presentation in early May.
The one request I would ask is, would it be possible to have a search function rather than having to page through numerous long albums ?
Thanks,
Leo Phillipp
