[CBQ] Earlville IL presentation about C.B. & Q.

There  will be a presentation on Saturday May 6 entitled “The Burlington RR and 
Earlville 1850-1970” at the Earlville Historical Society Museum at 9:00 AM. The 
address is 136 S. Ottawa St. Earlville, IL

The presentation will highlight the railroads development, traffic through and 
for Earlville over the decades. While a smaller town Earlville was a junction 
point for a couple branch lines that carried considerable traffic. So there 
will be discussion of the passenger locals as well as the wayfreights along 
with mainline volume topics.

The public is welcome to attend. The presentation along with a question and 
answer period will last approximately 45 minutes. We will have a selection of 
BRHS Bulletins with us for sale along with BRHS membership applications.
