I found what I was looking for at https://fobnr.org/bn/employee-timetables/phase-0-bn-1968-pre-merger-timetables/ I searched for "Burlington Lines Employee Timetables" and found the website of the Friends of the Burlington Northern Railroad. They have a BN 1968 pre-merger timetables list and links, which I pasted above. Most of the timetables state, "Rule 91 in effect." I can't find Rule 91 anywhere. Does anyone have information about it. Thanks, Bill Scott _._,_._,_
