Hi all

 The last pickle factory in Fort Collins was in business up until 1983 or 1984 not for sure.  It was located at the intersection of Mulberry and Riverside I am pretty sure it was served by the BN at the time but UP may have had some of the business also as their tracks were next to each other and there was a spur to the loading area, it seemed like they wer still shipping but it was by box car.  I was a firefighter in Fort Collins at that time and the factory caught fire and was destroyed by the fire.  It was odd to walk around the building after we put the fire out and there were huge vats of pickles viewable.
