[CBQ] Burlington and Pullman parlor car operations

I am curious as to when Pullman and the Burlington cut ties for operating

their parlor cars (if they did at all.)  By 1956 Pullman operated parlor

cars only for the Wabash, New Haven and the PRR.  Since CNW, CB&Q & MILW all

had significant parlor car business in and out of Chicago, there must have

been some catalyst for this non-participation. ($)
