Can anyone tell me who the gentleman was at the swap meet who was selling the CBQ clothing?

I bought a denim work shirt and E5 T-shirt and was wondering about mail ordering some more items

Thank you all for the kind words both here and in person. Planning for the meet was going great, until it wasn't. Kudos to Ken Buehler and the Lake Superior Railroad Museum for opening their doors and stepping up when original plans fell through at a late hour. I think it ended up being a fantastic meet and introduced people to a place many had never been before. I hope you all enjoyed it and will return to Duluth sometime and explore all we have to offer. Thanks to Bill and the Board for all the help putting this together!

I'd like to offer my sincere thanks to the group that put together the wonderful Annual Meet in Duluth. Though the weather was not the best, the events were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the Friday rail trip and the harbor cruise.

The train had Silver Club, a Vista Dome Buffet Lounge Dorm, also know as the "Cable Car" lounge and food service car. We also had a Santa Fe Hi-Level coach as well as several other cars. We were served a nice breakfast in the diner. It was a very enjoyable trip.

Friday afternoon, we gathered for our trip on the Vista Star to take a cruise on the harbor. Fortunately, a special tour guide was brought on to focus on the rail connection of the ore traffic and the history of the docks - resulting in a fascinating explanation of the industries of Duluth and how the railroads served them. I've included a few photos of the cruise, including one of the massive ore docks.

Saturday had the Annual Meeting, the Swap meet, clinics, and the Annual banquet. The catering company did a particularly great job with the food, and the venue, in the Union Station depot, was beautiful. We were treated to two presentations after the banquet.

Sunday had the opportunity to view the former Mark Train Zephyr (which is under restoration) and a chance to ride another train in Trego, WI.

Throughout the entire meet, the Lake Superior Railroad Museum were great hosts, having the museum and facilities available for our Society.

Again, thank you to the crew that put together this great meet.
