Group - I agree with Hol.  I distinctly remember sawdust briquettes (Presto-Logs) being used during the 1950s and into the 1960s on both heavy and light weight diners plus their "wood burning smell."  Amazing the small details you can remember from years ago once you pass the magic age of 75..... - Louis

What, no Presto-Logs?  I thought their use was nearly universal in railroad dining cars before HEP.

I know that currently on Amtrak everything is electric.
