Greetings and salutations! We are well, we’ve dodged Covid (so far) and summer is coming.
Are you interested in Ingoldsby cars in general or one company’s cars? I think that there were various options available. Railway Master Mechanic was a great magazine but I think that it folded in about 1918. I’ll have a search in my Railway Age’s tonight and
get back to you.

Subject: [CBQ] Ingoldsby Ore Cars
I have a feeling I have asked you this before.
If so put it down to my old age. :-)
Would a publication like Railway Age have an aticle on Ingoldsby ore cars bulit around 1920?
Some one mentioned something about a Master Mechanics publiction; does this mke sense to you?
If you have an interest in the first Zephyr, Railway Age volume 96 for 1934 January-June is available at Google Books in two parts. Search
Google books for eq4lAAAAMAAJ (January-March) and for ha8lAAAAMAAJ (April-June).
Included is a 12 page piece on the Zephyr, plus articles on the streamlining tests, the christening at Philadelphia, the Dawn to Dusk run, Winton diesel engine adverts, etc. The volume also contains an article about Boxpok drivers and the construction of the
Ottawa bridge.
