[CBQ] Burlington caboose (1?) 0581

I recently discovered this caboose as part of a house for sale in Santa Fe, NM.  While the exterior is stucco, the number and name have been left visible.  I am interested in learning any history of this marvel.   The property also includes a duck-bill coach or emigrant car as part of the property.  The building itself appears to be designed along a basic depot design, complete with bay (operator's) window.
