I have it.  It doesn't break any new ground, although there are a handful of photos in it I hadn't seen published elsewhere.  And a good deal of the material is non-Zephyr specific; there is an article about the Budd Company and another about the early days of EMC/EMD.  There are also articles about the making of the film "Silver Streak", the preservation of the NZ at IRM, and the restoration of the MTZ by the WGN.  If you have other Zephyr books I would say save your money.  But at $12.99 it's hardly going to break the bank, and takes up hardly any room on the bookshelf (only 100 pages, magazine format).
