This model represents an express boxcar used in passenger trains. Pullmanish greenish to match the passenger cars. I believe there was a series of the standard freight boxcars built with steam lines and higher speed trucks. I am not an HO'er so can't give anymore information.

I believe I read somewhere a reference to boxcars of this type associated with Pullman colored passenger cars. The build date is 1944 and the build date on the right looks like it has an "FW" next to it. Is this a reference to Fort Worth? When did Roundhouse approximately make this model? Appreciate the information.
